    Services for Edward Neill Howey, 81, of Crestwood Village, Whiting, Manchester Township, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Whiting United Methodist Church, where he had served as trustee. Mr. Howey, who died Monday in the Whiting Health Care Center, was employed with Allied Chemical Corp. in Morristown for 30 years before retiring as chief inspector. He was a member of the golf club, shuffleboard club, bocci club and residents club, all in Crestwood Village. Born in Philadelphia, he lived in Collingswood and Bernardsville before moving to Whiting in 1989. Surviving are a son, Neill T.; a daughter, Mrs. Janice E. Hamilton; two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Mears and Mrs. Anna Hewitt, and four grandchildren.
