Jesse died without issue. Joseph Howey, was the brother and heir-at-law to Jesse. Jesse was entitled to 1/3 of the 150 acres. The aforesaid Robert Howey was the only son and heir-at-law of Joseph Howey, deceased. Sold for 100 dollars 50 acres in Oxford, Sussex which borders the heirs of Morrison Robeson decd., heirs of Joseph Mackey decd., heirs of Peter Shoemaker decd., heirs of Thomas Paul decd.
