He married Mary (perhaps Merriam of Concord) who survived him. Children:

Sunderland, where he was a deacon. He
was b. 16 Jan 1667; died Aug 7 or 9, 1750.
He married Ann, dau of Daniel WARNER.
She d. 26 Jun 1750. Children:
