Service for Bernice Browski, 17, who was fatally shot will be conducted Thursday at 11am at the Karpus Funeral Home, Alpena, MI. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
Miss Browski was born in Pontiac on Sept. 21, 1947, and her parents moved to Alpena about two years later. Her father is a native of Alpena, her mother the former Beverly LaFountain was of Ponitac.
Mis Borwski attend Alpena High School before moving to Mt. Clemons. She is survived by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Browski; three brothers, Anthony 13, Duane 7, and Lee 2 months; a sister Laura 2. Maternal grandfather Albert A. LaFountain of Frederic, MI and paternal grandmother Mrs. Bertha Browski of Alpena. (copied from the Detroit News)
