Mrs. Edna McDougall passed away at the home of her daughter Mrs. Frank Steiger in Roscommon, Michigan late Thursday evening, age 83 years. Edna Gordinier was born 5 jan 1868 in Dryden, MI. She was married to George Barcone in 1884. They came to Saginaw in 1916. Mr. Barcone passed away Oct. 20, 1918, just two years after their move here. In 1936 she married William McDougall, he passed away in 1938.
She is survived by three daughters and one son; Mrs. Frank Steiger of Roscommon, Mrs. Jimmie Robinson of Saginaw, Mrs. W.T. Waltenbaugh of Gladstone, and Edward Barcone of Detroit. One sister survives; Mrs. Elizabeth Gordinier LaFountain of Pontiac. She also has 26 grandchildren, 61 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
