Mrs. Arthur (Grace Agnes) Bailey, 75, of Adamsville Road, died Saturday in Beatty Hospital, Westville. Mrs. Bailey was born March 30, 1882, in Elkhart. She was married to Arthur N. Bailey Dec. 25, 1902, at Selinsgrove, Pa. They have lived in Elkhart since 1912.
She was a member of Bethel EUB Church and of the Ladies Aid club of the church and the Christian Home Economics club.
With her husband, survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Verne Griffith, Elkhart, and Mrs. A.F. McConnell, Toledo; three sons, Guy Bailey, Wakarusa, Earl Bailey, Toledo, and Arthur Jr. Eureka, Mi; 30 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
Friends may call at Westbrook Funeral Home until 11:30am Tuesday when the body will be move to Bethel EUB Church. The body will lie in state until the service at 2pm. The Rev. A.L. Keller will be in charge. Burial will be in Rice Cemetery.
