The memorial card states her birth and death as above. The services were held at Voorhees/Siple Chapel with final resting place Lakeview Cemetery in Clarkston, MI next to her husband and parents.

Mrs. LaFountain to Be 91
It was only the other day that Mrs. Elizabeth LaFountain helped her daughter-in-law take the clean clothes off the line. not an unusual feat, except that the spry little woman will mark her 91st birthday this Tuesday. Mrs. LaFountain can also boast good eyesight and steady hands for embroidery is still her hobby.
An area resident during her entire life, the great-great-grandmother ws born in Dryden and has lived in Pontiac and the township for some 30 years. she considers herself fortunate to have her daughter and three sons all living in Michigan.
Mrs. LaFountain makes her home with her daughter, Mrs. Bessie Darling, in Pontiac Township, but is currently visiting with son Albert and his wife on South Edith St. Albert's birthday falls on April 30 so appropriately the two will celebrate together.
Her other sons are Russell who lives in Trenton, and Jack who makes his home in Saginaw. Mrs. LaFountain had to ponder when questioned on her grandchildren, but counted up 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Her husband died in 1942.
