Betty LCame to Milford, Massachusetts between 1852-1859. Married Ann Hughes from Monaghan, Ireland. Patrick and Ann had 5 children that I can find, all born in Milford, MA. Patrick died in Milford in 1898. I am trying to find exactly when he arrived in the U.S. I feel he probably came on a ship arriving in Boston, MA. His father may have been Thomas. I haven't been able to find a mothers name. He also had a brother Thomas who settled in Milford, MA. Thomas married Margaret Keenan. I think brother Thomas came in 1852 or 1853. I also want to find exactly where in County Roscommon the family was from and then beable to verify births etc.
GODDARDDick Dickinson
GOLDRICKJanet Goldrick FriendSeeking information on the GOLDRICK family. Specifically, I am looking for information on Miles GOLDRICK (b, 1833), Peter GOLDRICK (b. 1825), Owen GOLDRICK (b. 1824) and Philip GOLDRICK (b. 1795) who left Ireland and arrived in Philadelphia in April, 1848. They settled briefly in Southern New Jersey (1850 census) and then Miles, Peter and Owen moved on to Cleveland, Ohio -- I suspect that Philip died. However, two other younger Philip GOLDRICKs (b. 1833 and 1845) settled in the same neighborhood in Cleveland within a few years.
Miles GOLDRICK married Margaret BURNS, about 1852, most likely in the Philadelphia area.
I've also been recording information on other GOLDRICKs in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Ohio in hopes of establishing relationships at some point -- any information on the GOLDRICK family either in the U.S. or in Ireland will be greatly appreciated.
GORDON, Patrick
b: 1790's in Roscommon/Leitrim
D: Savannah, Georgia
Kerryspouse: Anne Judge:(1790's)
children: Alice, James, Michael, Mary
Patrick immigrated around 1825, first to New York, then to Savannah, Georgia. His children, James, Michael and Mary were all born in Savannah. I can find no record of his immigration. Alice appears nowhere as his daughter, other than on his tombstone - something she apparently had a hand in erecting. Alice married John Kennedy. James mysteriously disappeared. Michael married a woman named Bridget. Mary married John Power, was widowed during the Civil War and married Patrick McGarity. Mary and John had one daughter, Mary Anne.

Some of the Mahoney/Mahaneys stayed in Auburn but Dennis & Mgt. move west w/ RR to Toledo (where she died) and Chicago (where he died).
