Thomas Benjamin Brown

(1856 - 1894) 

 Thomas Benjamin Brown built a four room about a mile from William H. Brown's house on Birch Creek.  He married Tee Stogsdill, who died with child.  Later Thomas B. Brown went to Arkansas and worked as a mail carrier.  There he met Sarah Malissa Martha Jane Darling (Lissa as she was known). and they married, then moved back to his farm.

Their children, James Henry Brown, David Allen Brown & Guy Porter Brown were born there.

Thomas Benjamin died in 1894 - leaving the small boys.  Lissa married Tyrone Maize and they had three girls, Gertie, Lena & Anna.
