Gracie Lee Blair Ratliff, 79, of Staffordsville, died Tuesday, July
15, at Salyersville Health Care Center.
 
Born Aug. 30, 1928, in Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Darius
and Norma Blair. She was a homemaker.
  
She was also preceded in death by a son, Steve Ricky Ratliff.
  
Survivors include her husband, E.T.T. Ratliff Jr.; two daughters,
Wanda Charles of Melbourne, Fla. and Norma Jean Slash of Huntington,
W.Va.; a brother, Darius Blair Jr. of Volga; a sister, Opal Conley of
Cynthiana; and four grandchildren.
   
Funeral services were Friday, July 18, at Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel, with Donald Ray Caudil officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction
of Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
