ETHEL ROBERTS
1903-1993
  
Former Paintsville resident, Ethel Caudill Roberts, 87, of Lexington,
died December 27.
  
Mrs. Roberts was a resident of Johnson County for 81 years and was a
member of the First Baptist Church of Paintsville.
  
She was preceded in death by her husband Marvin “Beardy” Roberts; two
sons, Marvin Leslie “Less” Roberts and Francis Roberts.
  
Surviving are one son, Clarence Roberts of Lexington; one daughter,
Christine Humphries of Austin, TX; and six grandchildren; 12 great
grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
  
Funeral services were held December 30 at the Kerr Brothers Funeral
Home, with Rev. Drew Martin officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
