Timothy M. Tomsic, 18, died Saturday, July 14.
  
Mr. Tomsic was born August 29, 1971, the son of Dorothy Fouts. He was a
student at the University of Kentucky.
  
Surviving are his mother, two half brothers, Terry L. Fouts, of
Wittensville, and Phillip Fouts Jr., of Ligonier, Indiana; and one half
sister, Kathy Bouser, of Ligonier.
  
Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 17, in Jones-Preston Funeral
Home Chapel, with Bob Benson officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
