Gary Thomas "Tom" Underwood, 50, of Paintsville, died Tuesday, Jan.
29, at King's Daughters Medical Center, Ashland.
  
Born April 11, 1957, in Johnson County, he was a son of Harvey
Underwood and Louise McKenzie Underwood, both of Paintsville. He was
retired from Pespi Cola Company.
  
Survivors include a son, Shane Thomas Underwood of Lexington; three
daughters, Brittney Underwood Gibson of Remer, Minn., McKenzie
Underwood and Cali Underwood, both of Paintsville; a brother, Grady
Underwood of Paintsville; and two sisters, Kimberlee Bradley of
Winchester, and Stacy Underwood Trimble of Paintsville.
  
Funeral services were Saturday, Feb. 2, at Tom's Creek United Baptist
Church, Tutor Key, with J. D. Rice officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction
of Jones-Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
