ROBERT WARD

Robert Ward, a former Williamsport resident, passed away in Paintsville
on July 1 after an extended sickness.
  
Born in Johnson County to Marvin and Mary Baldridge Ward, he was the
husband of Minnie Hager Ward.
  
Surviving are his wife; a step son from Williamsport, Arnold Mullins; a
daughter, Mrs. Jack Conley of Staffordsville; one step daughter, Mrs.
Virginia McCall from Indianapolis, Inc., and five grandchildren.
  
Services were held in the Jones-Preston Funeral Home chapel on July 4,
with Frank Spillman and Melvin Blanton officiating.  Burial followed in
the Highland Memorial Park, under the supervision of the Jones-Preston
Funeral Home.
