Colleen Williams, 86, of Van Lear, died Thursday, Dec. 24, at Highlands
Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg.
   
Born Sept. 4, 1928, in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the late Rufus
and Verla Spriggs Williams.
  
She was also preceded in death by a son, Jerry Lynn Williams.
  
Survivors include a son, Ricky Williams of Prestonsburg; a brother, Roger
Williams of West Van Lear; a sister, Karen Gay Parsley of West Van Lear; four
grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
   
Funeral services were Saturday, Dec. 27, at Phelps and Son Funeral Home
Chapel, with Jerry Scott, and Roger D. Williams officiating.
  
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction of
Phelps and Son Funeral Home, Paintsville.
