Woodrow Sagraves, 74, of Staffordsville, died Monday, Feb. 4, at
Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg.
Born Aug. 17, 1927, at Flat Gap, he was a son of the late Ashley
Sagraves and Addie Evans Sagraves.
He had been a foreman for Terra Resources.
Survivors include his wife, Veneleia Sagraves of Staffordsville;
a son, Danny Sagraves of Maysville; three brothers, Dallas
Sagraves of Flat Gap, Ellis Sagraves of Lexington, and Elwin
Sagraves of Springfield, Ohio; and a sister, Deloris Blair of
Flat Gap.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. today, Wednesday, Feb. 6, at
Paintsville Funeral Chapel, with Revs. Paul Preston and Elmer
Burchwell officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under
direction of Paintsville Funeral Home.
