CHRISTOPHER EARL TACKETT

Christopher Earl Tackett, 40, of Belcher, formerly of Staffordsville,
died Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2005 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville.
Born Feb. 7, 1965, in Jefferson County, he was a son of James E. and
Nancy Powers Tackett of Belcher. He was a heavy equipment operator in
construction.
Additional survivors include his wife, Louella Stewart Tackett of
Belcher; a step- son, Joshua Meade of Belcher; maternal grandmother,
Josephine Pate; and three brothers, Craig Tackett of Prestonsburg,
Daniel Tackett of Catlettsburg, and Mark Tackett of Midway.
Funeral services were Friday, Aug. 12, at Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel, Paintsville, with Dean Tackett and Ronnie Spriggs
officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under direction
of Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
