Steven M. Tackett, one month, died Thursday, April 20, at home.
The infant was born March 22 the daughter of Tera Tackett. Surviving are her
mother, and one sister, Geraldine Tackett, of West Van Lear.
Funeral services were held Sunday, April 22, in Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel, with Jerry Scott officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
