GEORGE TAYLOR
1920-1983
Funeral services were held July 24 in Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel for
Geroge Taylor, 62.
Mr. Taylor died July 21 at his Paintsville home. H was born December 7, 1920
in Johnson County, the son of David Taylor and Mary Hampton Taylor. His
wife, Faye Taylor, preceded him in death, August 12, 1978.
Surviving are ten stepchildren, Garnett Hitchcock, Lowmansville, Larry
Lemaster, Martin County, Phyllis Goble, Auxier, Peggy Ramey, Keaton, Phillip
Ward, New York, Regina Rose, Meally, Mary Seagraves, Flat Gap, Toby, Terry
and Gregory Ward, Paintsville and three sisters, Gladia Cantrell and Jane
Taylor, Paintsville, and Marie Rice, West Van Lear.
James Kelly Caudill officiated at services with burial in Highland Memorial
Park, Staffordsville.
