HAROLD L. THOMPSON
1923-1998
Harold L. Thompson, 75, of Hager Hill, died Friday, April 3, 1998, at
Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
He was born February 18, 1923, in Johnson County, the son of Willard
Thompson and Oma Horn Thompson.
He was a retired coal miner.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Inis Ramey
Thompson; one son, Lloyd Roger Thompson of Pensacola, Fla.; two step-
sons, Billy Holbrook of Sitka and Dolphie Holbrook of Hazard; two
stepdaughters, Ellen Witten of Sitka; and Renee Pennington of Hager
Hill; one brother, Ernest Thompson of Spring City, Tenn.; and one
step-grandchild.
Services were April 5, at Jones Preston Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial was at the Highland Memorial Park in Staffordsville.
