CORA TRIMBLE
1884-1969
Cora Trimble, 85, died Friday, September 19, 1969, at her home in
West Van Lear after an extended illness.
The daughter of the late Jim and Maranda Wireman Webb, she was born
in Johnson County on February 14, 1884.
She was affiliated with the United Baptist Church.
Her husband, Shell Trimble, preceded her in death in 1951.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Laura Cantrell of West Van
Lear, Mrs. Maranda Overley of Dayton, Ohio and Mrs. Dixie Estepp of
Barnetts Creek.
Elders Lonza Reed and Arnold Reed officiated at the funeral services
held in the United Baptist Church at Paintsville on Monday, September
22, 1969.
Burial was in the Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
The Paintsville Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
