WINCE TRIMBLE
1896-1973
Wince Trimble, 76, of Hager Hill died Thursday, May 31, at his home
following a brief illness.
Born September 7, 1896, he was the son of the late John Mark and Clarinda
Spradlin Trimble.
He had served one term as Sheriff of Johnson County and was a retied
Internal Revenue agent and affiliated with the First United Methodist
Church.
He is survived by his wife, Hannah Ward Trimble, a brother, Harry D. Trimble
of Pikeville, three sisters, Mrs. Clara Levy of Miami, FL, Mrs. Shella
Coldiron of Westerville, OH, and Mrs. Mahalia Preston of Barnetts Creek.
Services were conducted Sunday, June 3 in the chapel of the Paintsville
Funeral Home with Rev. J. H. Burton officiating.
Burial followed in the Highland Memorial Park cemetery at Staffordsville
under direction of the Paintsville Funeral Home.
