WILLIAM LESTER VANHOOSE

William Lester Vanhoose, 84, of Paintsville, died Monday, Nov. 7,
2005 at Riverview Nursing Home, Prestonsburg.
Born Aug. 18, 1921, in Johnson County, he was a son of the late
Emanuel and Ora Mae Bland Vanhoose. He was a factory worker.
Survivors include his wife, Lillie Mae Jackson Vanhoose of
Paintsville; a son, Eddie Joe Vanhoose of Catlettsburg; three
daughters, Mary Crum of River, Evelyn Vanhoose and Carol Vanhoose,
both of Ashland; a brother, Alvin Vanhoose of Martin County; and
two sisters, Opal Montgomery of Cynthania, and Dorothy Marie Crum
of Paintsville.
Funeral services were Wednesday, Nov. 9, at Jones-Preston Funeral
Home Chapel, Paintsville, with Larry Blair officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, under
direction of Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
