ZOLLIE WARD
1928-1980
Zollie Ward, 52, died Sunday, August 10 at his Paintsville residence.
Born January 19, 1928, in Johnson County, he was the son of John and Martha
Blair Ward.
Surviving are his wife, Edith M. Harmon Helton; a brother, Hager Ward,
Carey, OH; and three sisters, Gladys Tackett, Mt. Blanchard, OH, Margaret
Wickham, Carey, OH, and Bonnie Petmicky, California.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 13, in Caudill Fork United
Baptist Church with James Harrison Blair, John Red Pelphrey and Rutherford
Blair officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville with Jones-Preston
Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
