JESSE WEBB

Hager Hill resident Jesse Webb, 70, died January 9 in Central Baptist
Hospital, Lexington.
Mr. Webb was born November 30, 1913 in Johnson County, the son of
William and Bertha Clark Webb. He was a retired miner, a member of the
Freewill Baptist Church and East Point Lodge 657.
Surviving are his wife, Beatrice Pickle Webb; a son, Randall Webb of
Prestonsburg; 2 daughters, Brenda Hawk of Delaware, OH and Patricia
Conn of Stanville; 3 brothers, Kelly Webb of Prestonsburg, Chester and
Arthur Webb both of Van Lear; 2 sisters, Irene McKenzie of Auxier and
Elsie Ramey of Van Lear; a half sister, Bernice Austin of Hager Hill;
4 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held January 12 in Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel with Clifford Austin and Doug Burkett officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville,
Paintsville Herald,
