JOHN CHARLES WEBB
1935-1981
John Charles Webb, 45, died Monday, July 13, in Charleston, SC, as the
result of an automobile accident.
Mr. Webb was born Oct 2, 1935, in Johnson County, the son of Haskell and
Agnes Conley Webb. He was a resident of Charleston, SC and a civil engineer.
Surviving are Steven and Sharon Leigh Webb of West Van Lear and Gregory Alan
Webb stationed at Shepherd AFB, TX; a brother, Fred Webb of Paintsville,
five sisters, Pauline Grim of Paintsville, Ernestine Fitch of Meally,
Morrine Castle and Louise Bice of Columbus, OH and Roberta Ebling of
Lordstown, OH.
Funeral services were held Thursday, July 16, in Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel with Dr. Charles Milam officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, with Jones- Preston
Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
