Richard Paul Wehle, 73, of Blacksburg, Va., died Sunday, Aug. 4, 2002
at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center, Radford, Va.
Born July 2, 1929, in Union City, N.J., a son of the late Paul Martin
and Caroline Muck Wehle, he was retired from Island Creek Coal
Company.
Survivors include his wife, Anamary Stapleton Wehle of Blacksburg;
and a daughter, Karen Marie Johnson of Pulaski, Va.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Larry Edmanson Wednesday,
Aug. 7, at Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel, Paintsville.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville. Jones-Preston
Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
