LORINE WELLS
1925-1999
Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 16, for Lorine Castle
Wells, 73, who died Sunday, February 14, 1999 at her Paintsville
residence.
Mrs. Wells was born December 13, 1925, in Pike County, to the late
Luther and Ruth Cooper Castle.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Eugene Wells;
one son, James L. Wells; and one brother, Burr Castle.
Surviving are one daughter, Anita Wells Spencer of Paintsville; one
brother, Gene Castle of Paintsville; one sister, Edith Stambaugh of
Sitka; and one grandson, Daniel James Spencer of Paintsville.
Officiating at services at Jones Preston Funeral Home Chapel were
Lowell Webb and Richard Williams.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville.
