ELIZABETH ANN WILLIAMS
Services will be held Friday in Paintsville, Ky., for Mrs.
Elizabeth Ann Williams, a Fairborn resident who died Monday evening
at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, where she had been a
patient one week.
Mrs. Williams who lived at 112 E. Frahn Ave., Fairborn, was born
Jan. 3, 1906, the daughter of Samuel and Sarah Hager Meade.
She was an employee of the Fairborn Nursing Home where she was a
practical nurse and was a member of The Pentecostal Church of
Paintsville, Ky.
She is survived by her husband, Cecil; one daughter, Mrs. James C.
(Bobbie) Ward of Fairborn; five sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Elkins of
Paintsville, Mrs. Kathryn Preston of Mansfield, Mrs. Olga Mae
Gruver of Huntington, W. Va., Mrs. Frances Wright of South
Charleston, W. Va., and Mrs. Mary Alice Smith of Huntington, W.
Va.; and three brothers, Samuel Meade Jr. of Florida, William
Meade of White House, Ky. And John Meade of Norfolk, Va. Visitation
will be Wednesday 2 to 4 p.m. at Burcham Funeral Home, Fairborn,
and Thursday afternoon and evening at Jones and Preston Funeral
Home in Paintsville.
The Revs. Melvin Blanton and Bruce Daniels will officiate at
services Friday, with burial in Highland Memorial Park,
Paintsville.
