MAYMIE MARIE PACK
1916-1986
Maymie Marie Pack, 70, died August 21 at her Stambaugh home.
Mrs. Pack was born January 14, 1916, in Johnson County, the
daughter of Link and Gifta Justice Stapleton. She was a member of
the Old Hood United Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Walter Pack, three sons, Delmar Pack,
West Carlton, OH, and Ronald and Paul Pack, both of Stambaugh;
seven daughters, Earlene Castle, Charlotte Pack and Brenda Pack,
all of Stambaugh, Mary Blair, of West Van Lear, Gayle Blanton, of
Centerburg, OH, Joyce Sublette, of Paintsville, and Jean Trimble,
of Dayton, OH. Also, a brother, James Stapleton, of Dayton; three
sisters, Magie Gullett, of Lexington, Laura Daniels, of Rush, and
Angie Stapleton, of Flint, MI; and 12 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, August 23, in Jones-Preston
Funeral Home Chapel with Elders Lonza Reed and John G. Pelphrey
officiating.
Burial was in Chandler-Pack Cemetery at Stambaugh.
