Hobert Daniels, 92, of Williamsport, died Wednesday, April 28, at
Mountain Manor, Paintsville.

Born April 7, 1918, at Whitehouse, he was the son of the late Don and
Maxie Daniels of River. He was a member of the Tarklin Regular
Baptist Church, Paintsville, and was owner/operator of Daniels Radio
and TV Service.

He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Ira Daniels, William
Daniels and Edwin Daniels; and a grandchild, Krista Kay Rice.

Survivors include his wife, Kathleen Holbrook Daniels of
Williamsport; three sons, Brad Daniels of Tutor Key, Doug Daniels of
Catlettsburg and Dan Daniels of Walton; two daughters, Rosa Rice of
Oil Springs and Sharon Cassity of Versailles; two sisters, Ruby Ward
of Williamson and Helen Runyon of Cannonsburg; seven grandchildren,
13 great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren and eight step-
great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Saturday, May 1, at Phelps & Son Funeral Home
Chapel, with Lacy Fletcher, J.D. Rice, Roy Collett, and Londis Meek
officiating.

Burial was in the family cemetery, Thelma, under direction of Phelps
and Son Funeral Home, Hager Hill.
