Vernis Wayne Posey (11Jul1967-) married Kayla Ray Barlow on 27 November 1987 in Monroe County, Missouri. Vernis grew up in Centralia, Boone, Missouri, and went to the Centralia Public Schools graduating from there in 1986. Vernis and Kayla had two daughters, Victoria "Tori" Ray Posey, and Veronica "Roni" Elizabeth Posey. Tori was born 14 January 1988 at University Hospital in Columbia, Boone, Missouri. Roni was born 01 March 1993 at Moberly Regional Hospital Center in Moberly, Randolph, Missouri. Vernis and Kayla settled on farm land in Monroe County on Mitchell land than was orginally purchased by his great great great grandfather, John Mitchell. Vernis and Kayla were divorced in July 1996. Tori and Roni live with their father on the farm and attend the Middle Grove Elementary School at Middle Grove, Monroe, Missouri. Tori will be attending Moberly High School. Vernis works in Centralia at Herndon Welding as a machinest and has been there since high school. He and his father, Wayne Posey, built their [Vernis's] home southeast of Middle Grove. Some of the lumber in this home came from the farm.

Vernis Posey grew up in Centralia and went to the
Centralia Public Schools graduating from CHS in 1986. He
married Kayla Ray Barlow and they had two daughters, Victoria and
Veronica. They settled in Monroe County on Mitchell land
than was orginally purchased by his great great great
grandfather, John Mitchell. Their marriage ended in divorce
in July 1996. Victoria and Veronica live with their
father and go to school in Middle Grove. Victoria will be
attending high school in Moberly. Vernis works in Centralia
at Herndon Welding as a machinest and has been there since high
school. He and his father, Wayne Posey, built his new home
southeast of Middle Grove. Some of the lumber in this home
came from the farm.
