| This house on the north side of Gholson Street at one time was the home of Tom & Annie (Linden) Allen. Annie loved her flowers and had them at front porch and the lot next to house was a flower garden. According to Larry Melton, Elmo Gholson used this building as a branch funeral home for a time. |
