* Joseph H. Jones *

Joseph H. Jones, of Walpole, son of Mr. and Mrs Homer F. Jones has recently been accepted as an Aviation Cadet in the Army Air Force, according to the Chicago Army Aviation Cadet Board.

Young Jones is a graduate of the Eldorado High School where he was active in basketball and baseball. his brothers, Lt. Wm. F. Jones and Charles R. Jones are now in service.

Jones will undergo about 13 months of intensive training before winning his silver wings as a pilot, navigator or bombardier in the Army Air Force.
