WILLIAM ANDERSON SWIFT

Looking for William Anderson Swift and wife,Mary Ann (Jennett). They had Charles Samuel
born 1862, Ora Janette born 1867 and Martha Ellen born 1866. Mary died in 1870. William
remarried in 1886 to Nancy E. (Wadley) Boan, a widow of Thomas Boan, with several
children. Nancy and William, had Elmer, Elston and Laura E. Swift. Martha Ellen may have
married a Smith, as she had a child,Alice Smith born in Linn Creek,Mo. Martha and Alice
were entertainers on a riverboat, going from St.Louis to New Orleans. Nancy ,William's
wife, died before 1900, as he and 3 children were listed on the 1900 census. William
died about 1906-07, as he was not on the 1910 census. Charles Samuel Swift married
Florence May Davis born June 11,1861 in Howell county,Mo.,daughter of William Davis and
unknown mother. They had 6 children,all born in Linn Creek; Richard,George Washington,
Lewis R., Johnnie S., Dessie and Jesse Phieldon Swift born 1895. They moved to Ripley
county,Mo. in the early 1900's. ANY in!
