Dr. James Woodall (b.12/12/1820,d.1858) married Patricia "Polly" Davis in Indiana. They moved to Missouri (Camdenten), Mack's Creek. Their daughter Mary Ette said she could remember crossing the Mississsippi and Missouri in a ferry or a barge. The trip was made in a covered Wagon. Dr. James built a large log house, all of oak floors and walls. He homesteaded 400 acres. They have a Woodall grave plot of their own. Jame's and Polly's children :
