Steamer ACTIVE at Elizabeth Marine Ways in 1916

This photo, from the collection of Glenn Meyers of Elizabeth, PA, shows the Steamer ACTIVE at the Elizabeth Marine Ways prior to her launching in 1916.  The two old boats across the river in the "Boneyard" are the JOHN A. WOOD and the ALICE BROWN. 

The Steamer ACTIVE is mentioned several times in the journal including December 1915 and January 3, 1918.
