JW during his Early Years, 1882, writes that he works for Horner & Roberts Boat Yard, possibly as long as five years.  He also lists on another page boats that were owned by H & R during 1884 including the ANNIE ROBERTS, H&R purchased the ANNIE ROBERTS in 1882.  The boat behind the ANNIE ROBERTS in the photo appears to be the GEORGE ROBERTS based upon the emblem between the stacks.
