The Steamer CHARLIE CLARKE is at the Elizabeth Marine Ways several times between December 8, 1902 and February 20, 1915.  The biggest job takes place when she has repair work that begins on November 10, 1913, these repairs are listed on December 16, 1913.

This boat is sold in 1917 and renamed the ATHA.  In 1938 she is rebuilt and named REZISTAL.
