This postcard of the Steamer ENTEPRISE also indicates that the Steamer JAMES MOREN is in the left background  The question concerning this photo of the Steamer ENTERPRISE is why her name is not on the side of the boat.  Steamers LITTLE DICK and ENTERPRISE

The Steamer ENTERPRISE name is mentioned numerous times by JW in his journal.  The earliest entry is August 16, 1898 when he is working on the Steamer ENTERPRISE owned by W.W. Oneil, these photos are of that boat.   
JW also worked on the Steamer ENTERPRISE built in 1902 at the Elizabeth Marine Ways, construction starts
June 5, 1902 and the launching is August 26, 1902. This ENTERPRISE is JWs first job as Foreman November 5, 1904.  One of the last entries about this boat is April 5, 1919 when she has a major overhaul.
