Steamer Voyager
Docked January 19, 1925 takeing out the old wood
supply well along the S. Side F of ER door and building a new wood well
3ft X 6ft inside merus (measure ??) - building
this as near the middle kelson as possible Repairs to
the side - the old opening on the side and deck all cut out and repaired
- puting in new 9" Pipe and fiting new strainers
etc We made general repairs all
around this time the weather was cold and this was a
big job In the River Monday evening January 26,
1925 Partly pulled her out again January
29, 1925 to repair a leeking 4" valve. The engineer let her frieze
up and the pipe fitters are working on her up to February 4,
1925 she is all finished February 6, 1925
January 24,
1925 repaired broke Pitman strap on Steamer Hibernia
February 4,
1925 Docked Steel Barge 309 to examine her
she was reported bulkeld (buckled) We found her
straight and level with several dents around her sides and knuckles
