when he is putting new arms onto one. He works on Scrapers
additional times thru the years, primarily working on their arms.
He also writes several times about the Elizabeth Marine Ways being
scraped out which indicates that one of these crafts was used to remove
built up mud and debris from the bottom of the river near the Marine
Ways.
