A lengthy petition signed by scores of property owners in the Mount Auburn addition has been filed with the city commissioners, asking annexation to the city proper.
     The Mount Auburn folks say they have a $20,000 water and sewer system and good streets and sidewalks. They have 260 houses and a school building. All these improvements entitle them to pay their part of the city tax roll, so they claim.
