Although his name was originally given to me as Charles Stamps Walters, many online databases show his name as Charles Stephens Walters. I have no proof of his name.

Charles Stamps WALTERS and Alice LEDBETTER were married. Alice LEDBETTER was born on 24 June 1889 in North Carolina. She died on 16 January 1983 at the age of 93.
