There were three other probable sons of Charles listed in a deed as his heirs. I have identified no other children, no wife nor parents, nor his residence prior to Kentucky. Other Jones families were living in Madison County at the same time - much more is known about them, but no relationship to Charles can be determined. Many of the residents of Madison County, Kentucky, were at this time veterans of the Revolutionary War from Virginia. As you can imagine, there were multiple soldiers named Charles Jones.
