NCIL MIZER'S FAMILY HISTORY

     Encil Andrew Mizer (Oct. 4, 1917 - July 28, 1999) was married to Eileen Williams (Sept 5, 1918 - Aug. 27, 2008) on July 3, 1946. Encil was a son of William Andrew Mizer (1879 - 1933) & Della Savage (1833 - 1977). Encil had one brother, Othel Ford Mizer (1905 - 1923). Encil's grandparents were Jacob S. Miser (1843 - 1918) and Deliah Shrock (1848 - 1930) & John Mathew Savage (1852 - 1934) and Mary Ann Piper (1848 - 1932).

     Encil grew up on a farm West of the intersection of CR M & CR 7-1 in Fulton County, Ohio. He was a life long native of Fulton County, Ohio After WW II he lived in Delta, Ohio.

     Encil was in the US Army during World War II. His Unit entered one of the Concentration Camps near the end of the War. His War Photo Album is near the bottom of this page. The Album also contains photos that he found that were taken by German soldirrs. Newspaper articles about Encil are in a link below; one has the subject of a Bronze Star being awarded to Encil. His Obituary and funeral sermon are shown below.
