     Services for Mrs. Mathilda Leininger, widow of Dr. George Leininger, former head of Dunning state hospital and a Chicago alderman from the former 15th ward, will be held in the chapel, 5839 North av., at 5 p.m. Sunday. Mrs. Leininger died at her home, 1856 North av., Thursday after a three year illness. She is survived by three sons, Leonard J., with whom she lived; Dr. Otto, and Emil; four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Copyright 1944, Chicago Tribune.      Dr. Otto W. Leininger, 81, of Wauseon, O., died yesterday in a hospital there. A resident of Chicago for many years, Dr. Leininger was graduated from the University of Illinois college of pharmacy in 1909, and from Loyola college of medicine in 1914. He was a physician here before moving to Ohio in 1947. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Eleanor Zimmerman; and three grandchildren. Services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow in the chapel at 209 E. Elm st., Wauseon.
