Cut and paste the following html coding into your document (please ensure that the 'word wrap' feature is turned off on your editor).

In order for the coding to work:

(ii) enter your ID number in each line where you see the id=xx (your ID number replaces xx) a total of 3 times! (replace only the xx - do not move anything else within that line and do not add any spaces or characters).

Start your 'cut and paste' from the "<!--BEGIN...." to the end of the fragment. It will work best if 'word wrap' is turned off in your word processor. Remember to download and save the appropriate ring graphic.
