Preston Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Winnie Saylor,
67.
   
Mr. Saylor was born February 21, 1921 in Magoffin County, the son of
Garfield and Lulia Blair Saylor.
   
Surviving are three brothers, Sherman of Sidney, OH, Glenn of Oil
Springs, and Lewis of Paintsville; and two sisters, Carrie Pennington,
and Jewel Pennington, both of Falcon.
   
Funeral services were held Thursday, September 15 with Jerry Castle
officiating.
    
Burial was in Rice Cemetery at Oil Springs.
