Thomas Goswick an orphan boy of the age of fifteen years is bound to James STANSBURY to learn the trade of a taylor to be taught to read write and arithmatick as far as the rules of three are to be found in, sufficient meat drink wshing lodging and (?) at his expiration of this time customary freedom dues.  COURT ADJOWNS TILL TOMORROW MORNING AT 9 OCLOCK.

According to those records and year recorded, this Thomas Goswick was born ca. 1770, but there is a possibility that he was born earlier than the year 1770 since his father died in 1781.
